How do I make a cleaning appointment?
Simply click the ‘Services Request’ link and fill out the form. Our customer service will send you an email within 24 hours confirming the reservation. You can also call 407-572-3209 to book your cleaning service.
What's the next step after I book?
You will receive a confirmation email that outlines the services you booked and the appointment time.
Do I need a Deep Clean?
We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had a professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key or code and we’ll take care of everything!
Is CuraCleanco Cleaning Service insured?
Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at support@curacleanco.com and we’ll send you our current documentation.
What is your cancellation policy?
We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $50 fee. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be charged.
How do I pay for my home cleaning?
Payment is due the day of each cleaning. Most customers pay by major credit card or check.
Does Curacleanco Cleaning Service Supply All The Cleaning Supplies And Equipment?
Yes, we supply all the necessary equipment to make your home or office shine.
