1. 24-Hour Satisfaction Window: Customers have 24 hours after the cleaning is completed to report any issues. After this, services are considered final.
2. Walk-Through Policy: If the customer is present during a walk-through and signs off, no further complaints will be accepted.
3. Realistic Cleaning Expectations: Due to the condition of some homes, not all stains can be removed in one cleaning session. We are not miracle workers.
4. Photo Use Disclosure: Photos may be used internally or for marketing if authorized. No identifying info will be shared.
5. Cancellation Policy: If canceled within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning, the deposit will be forfeited.
